Property Alteration Application and Release:
All Applications will be considered within thirty (30) days after the next meeting of the Board of Trustees. Per deed restrictions, your application must be approved PRIOR to work commencement. Fence alterations, if approved, are granted based on property owner's representation that property lines have been officially surveyed and designated. All authorizations are subject to owner securing all applicable city and county permits. Approval or disapproval will be given in writing. Further, in consideration for receiving approval for the alterations herein described below, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Greenbriar Club, Inc. their officers, agents, servants, or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arrising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, members of my family, and/or any of the property to me, through or as a result of the alterations to my premises herein described below.
